Today’s 20-somethings are finding themselves in a difficult position when it comes to landing that first job that will launch their careers after graduation. Many in their 20s end up working early mornings and late nights, with little sleep or an inability to disconnect from the workplace. It is not uncommon for these millennials to accept low paying jobs without benefits, or even unpaid internships–hoping that hard work and dedication will lead to higher paying, career boosting positions.
