Tackle the challenge that’s been nagging your family, tweak the routine that’s not working any longer, have the difficult conversation, pull the game out from the back of the closet.” Feiler also recommends creating chore lists, holding family meetings, playing together, and involving children in the decision-making process. Creating a positive environment at home can help to reduce stress within the family and can also help to reduce the risk of behavioral problems for children.
